Our BPA-free mouth trays are designed with the optimal thickness for easy customization with hot water. Boil water and let it cool for 6-7 minutes, until it reaches a temperature of 155°F. Submerge one of the trays in the hot water for about 8-10 seconds, or until it becomes pliable. Remove the tray from the hot water using a pair of tongs, and gently shake off any excess water. Place the tray in your mouth and bite down firmly, using your fingers to mold it to the shape of your teeth and gums. Hold the tray in place for about 15 seconds, then remove it from your mouth and place it in a bowl of cold water to set the shape. Repeat the process with the second tray to achieve a custom fit for both upper and lower teeth.
